A Great Lender

I wanted to take a little blog space here to recommend my favorite lender. We even bought our own home with him last year. My wife and I are high volume realtors and get the chance to work with a lot of great lenders. At the time we pitted him against our other favorite lenders and he won on best price… and usually does. Besides being great on price, I’ve also seen him really come through creatively on a lot of files that I think no one else would have thought of a way to close. His knowledge of loan packages and how to match them to unique situations is quite impressive. I’m sure he’d be glad to help you if you’re in the market for a good lender.
